The International Paradigm Symposium is
a four-day event featuring speakers and
sometimes known as the alternative
movement. Now in its fourth year, the Paradigm
Symposium is held annually in the
Minneapolis-St. Paul area. This year’s
conference (PS2015) will be held at
the Crowne Plaza Hotel adjacent to the world
famous Mall of America and only minutes
from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International
Airport with hotel shuttles running between
these locations throughout the day.
While other events focus on a single theme,
the Paradigm Symposium has assumed
its leadership position by representing a
broad array of topics including metaphysics,
extraterrestrial life, scientific mysteries, natural
healing and supernatural phenomena.
The late Filip Coppens, a widely recognized
celebrity in this field, proclaimed, “The
Paradigm Symposium has quickly become
the NUMBER ONE alternative conference
in the United States, if not the World.”
Erich von Däniken, the ‘Grandfather’ of what
is now known as the Ancient Alien Theory,
whose groundbreaking work Chariots of
the Gods? in the 1960s inspired hundreds
of books, several television series, and who
has appeared at uncounted events over the
years, said of the Paradigm Symposium, “It
was one of the most perfect events I ever
attended. Everything was well and great.
The speakers, the audience, the location
and, of course, the organization. It was a
pleasure to be part of it.”
Hundreds of alternative enthusiasts come
each year from around the country, a few
traveling from such distances as Australia,
Sweden, Egypt and England. Between
admission fees, travel, meals and other
purchases like items sold by our vendors (the
vendor area is typically filled to capacity),
most attendees spend over $2000 during
the four-day event. They represent the most
affluent and sophisticated segment of the
growing alternative movement, and some are
themselves personalities in this field.
Our attendees bring with them a deep
passion for their subjects of interest. They
remain keenly focused toward the stage
area and the content being presented by our
speakers. Moreover, most of our speakers
are recognized celebrities in their subjects
with numerous appearances on TV networks
like NatGeo, Science, Discovery, SyFy and
the History Channel, who filmed an entire
episode of Ancient Aliens (the von Däniken
Legacy) at the Paradigm Symposium. Most
have appeared on the ever-popular Coast to
Coast AM radio show with millions of listeners
from around the world.
