Voice/Sound is 0.8seconds in to 0.9
So my youngest daughters 1st Birthday and I wanted to record them playing and just being themselves on cam to put on my Facebook (easier then trying to get a pic of all 4) Anyway I was mad that for some reason Almost every video kept blanking in and out with lines.
I found a video that kind of fit them all and about 0.8 to 0.9 seconds I hear a REALLY deep voice. It’s not mine or my husbands. And the TV wasn’t playing anything with a voice like that (baby cartoons)
Anyway this was on March 17th I think i hear what it is saying but I may be wrong. My husband can hear the sound but not make it out… I don’t want to say what I hear and cause a biased opinion by listening for what I hear.
Can anyone make out what this sound is? Or what it is saying?
I know the kids are loud but to me it is clear as day…..
